Refunds will be granted based on the timing of your cancellation and our providers’ policies. If your booking includes multiple services (e.g., flights, hotels, and tours), each component may have a different refund policy.

2.2. Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services:
Some bookings, especially those under discounted rates or last-minute deals, may be non-refundable. Non-refundable services will be clearly marked at the time of booking.


3. Standard Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

5. Cancellation by the Agency

5.1. Agency-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political events, or supplier issues. If we initiate the cancellation, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative arrangement of equal value.

5.2. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics. In these cases, we will work with our suppliers to provide alternative solutions or offer refunds where possible.


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may lead to trip cancellations or interruptions. Travel insurance can provide additional coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed luggage.


7. No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of any payments made, and no refunds will be issued. We recommend informing us if you are delayed or unable to attend as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.
